Lake Dunmore in Salisbury Vermont is the perfect location for a variety of activities. Mt. Moosalamoo is just across the lake and offers great day hikes to the Falls of Lana and to the cave where Ethan Allen and the Green Mountain Boys used to hide out. Middlebury is just 7 miles away and offers ample dining and shopping. Antiquing is always nearby. Burlington, Rutland and Fort Ticonderoga are all within an hour’s drive.
