The Marina Tavern

Waterhouses Campground & Marina has been on Lake Dunmore here in Salisbury, VT since 1876 when Loyal Waterhouse established his marina & rowboat building operation on this site.

Our 71 campsites across the street are nestled at the foot of Sunset Hill and have access to the beach. All of our sites have water & electric, and can be rented by the day, week, month, or season. There are over 160 acres of woods, hills and trails that offer a variety of terrain, sights & room to explore. The campground is open Memorial Day through Columbus Day. We also have two suites that we rent for those that want more than what a tent or camper offer and those are available year-round.

The marina offers gas service to boats, as well as slips that can be rented by the day, month, or the season. We also have a variety of boats that can be rented by the hour or for the day. Our beach area is open to the public for a fee and has picnic tables and grills available for day use. The small camp store has a variety of items for sale from dairy products and beer, to fishing supplies, bags of ice and firewood.
