Marina & Boat Rental

Waterhouses Marina has been on Lake Dunmore since 1876 when Loyal Waterhouse established his marina and rowboat building business. We offer a limited-service marina that includes gasoline and oil, boat rentals and dock slips are available by the day, week, month, or seasonally.

Boat

Motorized boat prices include gasoline, all boats, canoes, kayaks and paddle-boats are available for rent by the hour or full day, and include life jackets.              Fishing Boats:  $30/hr or $175/day     Pontoon Boats:  $70-$90/hr or $350-$400/day   Canoe  $12/hr or $60/day  1 & 2 Person Kayak: $12-$15/hr or $60-$75/day Paddle Board:  $12/hr or $60/day   Paddleboat:  $10/hr

**VT State Law requires Drivers have a Boaters Safety Certificate or born before 1974.

 Pontoon Boats (max. 6-12 people) Paddle Boats (max. 2 people) 2 Stroke Fishing Boats are 9.9 hp     

A credit card is required on all motorized boats

Lake Dunmore Boat Dockage:  Slip: $20/night  Monthly: May & September $250/month   Monthly: June, July & August $375/month    Seasonal Boat Dockage Memorial-Columbus Day @ $53/ft   *Slip includes day pass, Monthly slip 2 day passes & Seasonal slip includes 2 adult and 2 children (under 18) passes

In addition to boat rentals, at our marina you may also purchase:

  • bait
  • fishing tackle
  • gasoline & oil
  • ice
  • beer
  • snacks, candy, soda & water
  • camping supplies
  • lunch & dinner at the Pub!

We also have:

  • a raft, a floating volleyball net, & some other type of water toy.
  • our own private island
  • swimming
  • picnic and barbecue facilities
  • in the Pub we have food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks & TV.

Day Entry: $4/person (under 3, one per group free )   All-Season: $60   Family Pass: $150 (2 parents & 2 kids under 18)  $25 for each additional family member. Maximum of 6 passes total per family. Paddler’s Pub at Waterhouses is available for functions.

Please note: The boat access is a VT state property and not part of Waterhouses. Entrance fee to Waterhouses is applicable.
